July 4 update: $5003 of $7500 raised so far

UPDATE 3 (July 4): Karolina is out of the hospital and is staying in the apartment with Dejan and Tatjana. We need to fully fund her medical fees, transport, wheelchair and finalize on her foster/adopter!

UPDATE 2 (June 20): Karolina's amputation surgery was successful. There's someone seriously intrested in adopting her. Dejan needs to pay off her surgery, get her a wheelchair and hire transport.

UPDATE 1: Dejan confirmed that Karolina will need a double amputation. She is with the best vets in Serbia. She is currently anemic and they are patiently prepping her for surgery.

MUTILATED! Dejan called it the worst case he's seen in a very long time. He was called to help a dog whose hind legs seem to have been cut off. What kind of horrible person would do this??

The dog was rushed to the emergency vets for evaluation and treatment. We do not know what the road ahead will be or what the cost will be. But we do know it will be long, difficult and expensive.
