Refund policy
Our return policy is simple: Love it or return it. Within 15 calendar days from the receipt of your item, if you do not love it, contact us to return it. Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Once your items are inspected by the store, you’ll get a refund, typically within 36 hours. Items returned must be received in unworn and/or unused condition with packaging still intact and all labels attached.
Determination for validity of refund is in our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. Items marked as sale items are not returnable. Free gifts or promo items are not returnable for monetary value. Returns must be received within 30 calendar days from when you've received them.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Furthermore, if you've received free shipping (ie you did not pay for shipping), your refund will be reduced by the shipping fees we paid to ship your items to you.
However if you refuse a package without our prior written consent, you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways, the payment of any fees incurred including but not limited to limited to customs, duties, import fees and other local taxes. A refund for your returned items will not be given until those items are received by us, inspected and determined to still be in brand new condition and eligible for refund.
Custom engraved items and rescue partner clothing and accessories are not returnable for refund or exchange.
Donations for bags of food for Vucjak Shelter are not refundable because these funds are sent to the shelter within 1-3 days of receipt.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS: You are free to pause or cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, once a monthly charge has been made, you may not request and are not eligible to receive a refund for that charge retroactively.
